I do not need credit cards!

I wanted to share my experience with CESI. I have been on the program for about 18 months and I am totally pleased with the service from the CESI associates and more than pleased with the decrease in my debt. I have learned some really great lessons while on the program, I DO NOT NEED CREDIT CARDS!!! I can live without them and have made some major changes to how I view what I need verses what I really don’t need until I can pay cash for it. I wasted alot of food and material things that are not necessary.. I learned to live weekly on the basic needs and realized I am happy with that. I look forward to being debt free and with the changes I have already made in my life to make be happy.

The staff is amazing!

I feel that getting into this program has been the BEST decision I have made so far to help my financial situation. Initially, I was reluctant and scared to sign into the program (since there is a lot of scam and tricky people out there) but now I feel tremendously satisfied and lucky. I am extremely happy with the program. I have seen my debt and interest rate reduce and even on one of my account the interest rate removed. I don’t have any credit card. My Interest Rates were cut in half!

I haven’t used much of what CESI offers but I would have 10 years ago. What a great learning tool and exceptional customer service. And the website makes it all easy. It was good talking to Terri this morning about my debt situation. She didn’t make me feel bad about having to call for help or better yet, about being in this position. Kind of like, a burden is being lifted off my shoulders! I am glad and thankful that I got to talk to her. I am still trying to decide which route to go, debt management or debt settlement. She shared and explained both programs, fees and other information to help me make a good decision. She reassured me that its my decision. I told her that I would think the information over and give her a call back on Monday with my decision.

Today my husband and I had the great pleasure in working with one of your employee’s. I must take the time to thank you for having such a helpful person on your staff. All I have on this associate is his first name (Trevor) and his ext (8144). If I may, I would like to share alittle bit of our story. You see, a couple of months ago we tried to seek help from a different debt consolidate company. There was just something about them that didn’t sound right, and we felt taken advantage of.  Today we met with a lawyer to see what other options we might have. We didn’t qualify for Chapter 7, but we did for Chapter 13. Chapter 13 would of been okay, but it came with a very high price tag. Plus, it would stay on our credit for 7 years. Feeling scared and not sure what to do next, my husband jumped on the computer and came across your orginazation and we made the call. Thats when we got in contact with Trevor. He was the nicest person we have talked to about our situation and the most helpful. Trevor was able to settle our fears. His professional attitude gave us the confidence that we made the right choice. We are excited about working with your orginization and look forward to a great future.

 

 

Efficient and Genuinely Caring

During our conversations [Ms. Davis's] genuine interest in my current financial state and belief that the debt management program (DMP) offered by CESI would aid me in my efforts toward a complete financial recovery.  I also noted that Ms. Davis was extremely effective and efficient.  In fact, we basically prepared a financially sound DMP that included approximately 19 credits cards (totaling more than $50,000) in less than one hour.  I also received a few courtesy calls from her to ensure that I was comfortable about every aspect of my DMP. —Roy in Washington D.C.

Restored Confidence

I was deeply in debt due to my husband’s passing. I also had college debts. Eventually, I had to relocate. Then my son needed help in order to live and work in a new state. In the past several weeks this woman has helped us in all aspects of this project. Why I say project is because I had to call Estella on a daily basis, sometimes twice in one day to help my husband consolidate all his debts which drove me crazy because I had never had to do this before.
