CESI also offers a free educational library that is open to the public and stocked with resources on financial managment. The educational library is open during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm in our Raleigh office. For more information call (919) 785-0725 and speak with our receptionist
In addition, consumers are able to take advantage of our free online courses as well as a wide variety of online financial articles and resources to help them learn to better manage their finances. The Debt Guard Financial Literacy Program and Money Smart Programs offer self-paced instructional sessions.
