Consumer Education Services, Inc. is approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code.  (Approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an Agency’s services.)

 We make these services available to you in-person, by telephone, and by internet in both English and Spanish. To ensure that you receive your certificate in a timely manner you must devote 60 to 90 minutes to the completion of the required budget and credit counseling process. Once you receive your certificate it is valid for 180 days after the completion of the counseling session. Fee waivers must be requested before starting the budget and credit counseling session.

Online services are available 24/7. Please have the following available:

• Income documentation
• Monthly living expense
• Estimated assets
• All secured and unsecured debt (including account numbers and most recent balances).

Fees:

• Online/In Person/Telephone Counseling – $30 Pre-Filing Course (Individual or Joint)
• Online/In Person/Telephone Counseling – $50 Debtors Education (Individual or Joint)

(Clients who purchase the Pre-Filing Course will receive a $10 discount towards the Debtors Education course)
